Stefan de Vries becomes new Sales Manager at Dimension-Polyant GmbH
We are delighted to welcome Stefan de Vries as a new colleague to the Dimension-Polyant GmbH team. He will be working as Sales Manager for the sailcloth division. With this position, Stefan de Vries combines his profession with a lifelong passion for sailing. Having grown up right on the shores of the Zuidlaardermeer in the Netherlands, he started his sailing career at an early age, was himself a member of the Dutch Olympic squad and then coached various sailing teams in different classes.
Invitation to Touch & Feel with Tyra PLY® at Kieler Woche
In just a few weeks, one of the biggest sailing events in the world will be starting again in Kiel-Schilksee: die Kieler Woche.
We are delighted to invite you to our booth again this year to present our highlight product Tyra PLY®. We launched this fabric on the market a year ago and have been continuously developing it ever since to ensure that it fulfils the requirements of our customers in the best possible way.
Tyra Lab: New validation center for Tyra PLY® in La Rochelle
Dimension-Polyant is excited to announce the launch of its innovation lab, the Tyra Lab'. The Tyra Lab' aims is to be the meeting of the leading sailcloth manufacturer, sail lofts, and our innovative Tyra PLY filament fabric. The main idea of the Tyra Lab' is to follow every step of sail design using versions of Tyra PLY which are still in the Research & Development phase.

We produce climate-neutrally
Since the beginning of 2021, our two production sites in Kempen (GER) and Putnam (USA) have been climate-neutral. All emissions were systematically recorded within the framework of the DIN ISO 50001 and have been significantly reduced through the use of green electricity, green gas and other measures. All remaining emissions are being reduced in cooperation with Climate Partner and through certified climate protection projects.
We think ecologically
The cleenTEC® seal serves as an orientation aid. It identifies products with which customers can opt for our high quality, but also for greater environmental protection. The term “cleen” is made up of the words clean and green and is thus intended to encompass all aspects of sustainability. All products with this seal have been manufactured in climate-neutral production facilities and also contain other environmentally friendly innovations. For example, they contain recycled materials, are particularly easy to recycle, are produced with fossil-free raw materials or are themselves completely climate-neutral.
